Description: Assumes responsibility for scheduling of all home care services and communicating schedule and changes to home care staff and patients. Under the supervision of an R.N./therapists, provide support and personal care to patients in their homes. Assist patients with activities of daily living, completes work records and reports adverse findings to R.N. Completion of High School or Equivalency Diploma and a Certified Nursing Assistant Course; must appear on the Idaho State Board of Nursing Registry of Certified Nurses Aides; must have a current state license. Requires a current Wyoming State license within one month of hire. Nursing assistant experience preferred. Yearly CPR certification, attend hospital mandatory inservices and attend required approximately 12 inservice hours per year. Valid Idaho driver's license; Valid automobile insurance, & Accessibility by telephone strongly preferred.
